Description:
The Career Pathways & Workforce Readiness Teacher prepares students for success beyond high school by providing hands-on, career-focused instruction that develops technical skills, employability skills, and workplace readiness. The teacher creates engaging learning experiences that expose students to high-demand careers, industry practices, and real-world applications while fostering responsibility, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. This position plays a key role in helping students identify career interests, develop postsecondary plans, and prepare for employment or additional training.
