Our district has 2 high schools, a Career and Technical School, a n alternative school, 3 middle schools, 9 elementary schools, an intervention program and a preschool. Our goal is for all students to successfully complete every course of study and to demonstrate proficiency on local, state, and national assessments. We will eliminate gaps in student achievement that are connected to race, socioeconomic status, gender, and special needs.

Ideal Candidate will have high levels of competency in the following:
PBIS - Positive Behavior Supports and how to build and maintain a sustainable system
Experience in RtI - Building systems on Data and demonstrate academic improvement
Lead, run, and build PLC structures and processes
Principal certification is necessary to obtain this position.
This position is paid off the certified salary schedule, contracted 185 days, and does NOT include an administrative increment. Includes up to 25 additional days paid for by SBDM.
Qualifications:
Kentucky certification in Educational Leadership or Administration as appropriate for level/area of school vacancy
Master’s Degree
Certification in State & District Certified Staff Evaluation System
