Caldwell County Elementary School is seeking a dedicated teacher for its Highly Structured Resource classroom serving students in grades K–5. The ideal candidate will create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports students’ academic, social, and behavioral growth while collaborating with staff and families.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement standards-based lessons; provide individualized instruction and accommodations; foster student engagement and positive behavior; communicate regularly with parents/guardians; collaborate with teachers and support staff; participate in professional development, meetings, and school events; maintain accurate records; and support curriculum development and best practices.
