| Organization Information |
The District is the closest facility to a private school educational experience in the public sector. The mission of the Raceland-Worthington Independent School District is to maintain a standard of excellence in Kentucky and the nation. We are committed to producing responsible citizens; and to instilling an inner desire for lifelong learning in each of our students . Our Primary school serves kindergarten through second grade students and is very instrumental in preparing our students for the assessments at the intermediate grades. Our Intermediate school serves third through eight grades, while our high school serves students in grades 9 -12. The district operates an innovative Family Resource and Youth Services Center and Adult Education Program targeted toward removing barriers that create a hindrance to any student's education. We are focused on developing the whole student in body, mind, and spirit. |
