Skill Development: Instruct students in the fundamentals of grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing composition, and speech.
Assessment & Evaluation: Create and administer quizzes, essays, and standardized tests. Track student growth and provide constructive feedback.
Differentiation: Modify instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including students with IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) or English Language Learners (ELL).
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment that encourages participation and respect.
Communication: Meet with parents, guardians, and administration to discuss student progress and behavior. |
