Description Compass Academy, a new program at Bullitt County Schools, in partnership with Astra Behavioral Health, is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Elementary Teacher with dual certification in Special Education. This position is vital to our program, which provides a half-day academic and half-day therapeutic environment for elementary students in Bullitt County who need additional support. Our mission is to inspire and equip students to succeed in life and build the skills necessary to improve and transition back to their home elementary school.Valid Elementary Teacher certification. Valid Special Education certification (LBD/EBD) (dual certification strongly preferred).
