his position is for an itinerant Gifted and Talented teacher focusing on Grades 6-8. This teacher
is responsible for following Kentucky State Gifted regulations, providing multiple service delivery
options for formally identified Gifted and Talented students, creating positive classroom
environments, establishing a strong culture of learning among students, creating and
implementing high-quality, challenging instruction aligned to the Kentucky Core Academic
Standards and NAGC Standards, implementing research-based and best practices in the
classroom and focused on professional growth for the purpose of proficient student learning.
Reports to: Superintendent/Deputy Superintendent Designee
This position is for the 2026-2027 school year. Salary based on board approved salary schedule
for the 2026-2027 school year. |
