Caldwell County Primary School is seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time LBD Teacher to support students with learning and behavioral disabilities. The ideal candidate will create an inclusive, structured, and engaging classroom environment that promotes academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth. Responsibilities include developing and implementing IEPs, providing individualized instruction and behavioral interventions, monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and specialists to support student success. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or be willing to pursue alternate certification and possess or qualify for Kentucky LBD certification. Strong communication, organization, patience, collaboration skills, and a passion for helping students overcome challenges are essential. Experience in special education preferred. Technology skills and flexible instructional strategies required now. |
