The Southgate Independent School District is
located in Northern Kentucky, ten minutes from downtown Cincinnati,
Ohio, servicing preschool through grades eight. A community-based
school for over 122 years, we pride ourselves on providing a caring,
safe environment with individualized attention given to our students.
Our mission is to provide a challenging environment in which all
students will become independent learners and productive citizens .
Southgate has an outstanding staff which provides an inspiring
environment for the students. The core content is taught at all levels
as well as art, physical education, practical living, library science, and
media/technology. We offer classes for students with special needs,
as well as a gifted program. Our facility offers a newly renovated library/media center,
full-size grade level classrooms, cafeteria,
gymnasium, and historic auditorium which showcases our school-wide
programs. |
