Welcome to Augusta Independent School District, one of the few districts in Kentucky housing preschool through 12th grade in the same building. We take pride in being able to reach every student daily because of the small learning environment and one-on-one relationships with administration, faculty, staff, parents, and strong community support. The Augusta Independent School District offers a safe and nurturing learning climate, student-centered classrooms, quality teachers and paraprofessionals, and numerous extracurricular opportunities. To ensure post-secondary success, we offer a rigorous curriculum, flexible accelerated and intervention programs at all levels, and an increased focus on college and career readiness.
