| Description |
The Administrative Dean provides leadership and coordination across instruction, compliance, and student support at the Kentucky School for the Deaf. This role supports behavior systems, special education, assessment coordination, and professional learning while ensuring alignment with state and federal requirements. The Dean collaborates with staff, families, and partners to promote student success and school improvement.
Responsibilities include: serving as Building Assessment Coordinator supporting the DAC; coordinating professional development aligned with school and KDE priorities; overseeing Infinite Campus data accuracy, reporting, and documentation; managing behavior data and providing SCM training; coordinating ESS and English Learner programs (PSP and ACCESS); supporting mentorship programs with EKU; overseeing NTI planning; chairing ARC meetings as needed; and performing other duties assigned by the Principal. |
