The mission of the Oldham Schools is to prepare students of all ages to become lifelong learners who are self sufficient, responsible and participating members of a democratic society, functioning productively in a global economy and experiencing the satisfaction of reaching their full potential. involvement of parents and community members. We are one of the highest
performing countywide school districts in Kentucky, and student academic results in our various schools compare favorably with the best schools in our state and nation.
In 2010-2011 we served approximately 11,700 students at the following facilities: a preschool facility, nine elementary schools, four middle schools, three high schools,an alternative school, a career center, an adult/community education center and a special center/school for the arts. |

Under the general supervision of the CAPAA Administrator, this teacher develops students' understanding and appreciation of the art of musical theatre. It includes teaching vocal and acting techniques in the context of a wide range of musical theatre genres, periods and styles in order to promote and develop each students’ talents. |
