The mission of the Glasgow Independent School System is: "By providing superior educational opportunities, Glasgow Independent Schools, in service to and in partnership with families and the community of Glasgow, will produce graduates who are responsible citizens, prepared to excel in a dynamic global society." Our school system is small, comprised of approximately 2,100 students which allows teachers and staff members to form close relationships with students and address individual student needs effectively. Our high school is one of six Model Schools in the country for its academic achievements and passion for student success. In addition, our high school ranks among the top 10% of all Kentucky high schools on national college entrance exams. This is achieved by an ongoing mission centered on customization, communication, and presentation. This allows us to maximize each child's full potential.
