Professional Development

The Professional Development Training/Opportunities Bulletin Board was established in accordance with KRS156.095 (6). It serves as a resource for educators seeking to improve their skills, achieve their goals and help students learn. All professional development programs sponsored by the Kentucky Department of Education, as well as external providers who voluntarily wish to participate will be identified. Programs will be identified using the five Advanc-Ed Standards, program content, target grade levels and the targeted audience. Posting information on the bulletin board by the department shall not be viewed as an endorsement of the quality of any specific provider or program.

You have the ability to search for topics using multiple descriptors in four categories.

We encourage providers to include a link to or create a web page about their offering where additional information could be made available. Please visit Related Links for more information about setting up a Web site and for the provider application form.
