There are five elementary schools, one middle schools, one high school, an alternative school that serves middle and high school students, and a technology center. We also partner with the Muhlenberg County Career Center in providing education and career training for our students. We are a district committed to excellence in teaching and learning. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires:
Valid Kentucky Certification in School Psychology issued by the Educational Professional Standards Board
Must meet the minimal curriculum standards prescribed in 704 KAR 15:015 in order to be certified by the Kentucky Division of Teacher Education and Certification. The program of preparation consists of a minimum of 60 semester hours of graduate credit in an approved program including the minimum of a master’s degree, and meeting a criterion score on the National Teacher Examination.
School psychology specialty Area Examination. Upon passing these requirements an individual is eligible for a one year provisional certificate. |
