The School Climate Specialist will support programs of each school as needed and assigned by the Project Director.
Duties will consist of...
-providing schools with an evidence-based approach to a therapeutic program to provide cognitive behavior, reality, and solution focused therapies.
-assisting with building a district-wide social and emotional learning program to promote the whole child.
-coordinating events with families to assist students with skills, behaviors, and attitudes.
-providing case management for students with social-emotional issues.
-providing timely interventions to the emotional needs of students.
-other duties as requested from the Superintendent and/or Program Director.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degreee or greater.
10+ years in an educational setting.
Experience in school or mental health counseling preferred.
