The Madison County School District serves more than 11,000 students in pre-K through 12th grade. The district operates an alternative school, day treatment center and a secondary GED program in addition to 11 elementary schools, 5 middle schools and 2 high schools. The district has 12 family resource/youth service centers that serve students and families. We are continually working to improve the instructional practices and offer every student a greater opportunity to learn and excel scholastically. Technology has become a key instructional/educational component in all Madison County schools, providing teachers and students additional tools for instruction and learning. Our students receive a well-rounded educational experience that includes a high level of academic excellence and a broad range of extracurricular activities. |
