Kentucky Performance Rating for Educational Progress (K-PREP)
K-PREP tests are blended norm-referenced and criterion-referenced measures that provide national percentiles and student performance levels of novice, apprentice, proficient and distinguished. Tests are given in grades 3-8 in reading, mathematics, science, social studies and writing. On-demand writing is also administered in grades 10 and 11.

Kentucky Performance Rating for Educational Progress (K-PREP) End-of-Course
State-required End-of-Course exams in English II, Algebra II, Biology and U.S. History are administered at the conclusion of coursework. Students receive a scale score and the performance levels of novice, apprentice, proficient or distinguished.

Stanford Achievement Test (SAT 10) Percentiles
SAT 10 is norm-referenced portion of the K-PREP blended norm-referenced and criterion-referenced tests. SAT 10 allows comparisons of a student’s performance to the performance of other students in national normed groups and produces a national percentile for individual students.

National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP)
